Hi! I’m Sadaf Inayat Clinical Psychologist

My work centers on helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Many seek therapy when life feels heavy and they need clarity and direction. I invite clients to share openly, without censoring thoughts or feelings. My role is to provide a safe space where we approach difficult conversations and sensitive topics with care and curiosity. That work helps people think more clearly and build a steadier, more balanced life.

Sadaf was there for me during the darkest time of my life. She helped me find the courage to leave an abusive marriage, guided me through my child custody battle, and supported me in rebuilding my career and creating a safe home for my children abroad. She truly listens, connects on a human level, and never judges. My three years in therapy with her have been life-changing, and I would encourage anyone seeking help to give her a try.

Helped me with identity crisis and minority stress. She’s by far one of the very few LGBTQ friendly non judgmental therapist in Lahore. I feel safe around her. We even had a group therapy led by her with other queer folks. Need more people like her!

Very professional. I found her style/technique/strategies very helpful. After 3 sessions with her, i felt a difference in the way i dealt with my anxiety. To anybody facing psychological issues, i would definitely recommend getting her help.
